I’m seriously considering selling my Santa Fe for a truck. I want an 04+ F150, butIt won’t fit in the garage. Tacoma’s are too expensive. Dakota from 02-04 i like, but the wife doesn’t. Raider are too ugly. Frontier are okay, I’d rather have an Equator but they are impossible to find. Then i remembered the Sport Trac. It might just work.

What about a Honda Ridgeline? I had one for 5 years and loved it for what it was. Super comfortable, drives nice, put stuff in the bed, tow stuff when need be. May not be a Truck-Truck but it's much better at it than a sport-trac.

I guess we should have asked what the truck would be used for first. Seeing below you owned a sport trac, what would you say it could do that a Ridgeline couldn't? Assuming a daily driver and not a modded off-road beast. Ridgeline aftermarket sucks!

I’m guessing what ever the ridge line has for”AWD” it’s a joke. The s port trac has real 4wd. It’s a body on frame so there’s that

Sport Trac were shit. My dad and a friend both had ones with drivetrain issues far before their time, even something as simple as a thermostat was a pain to get to.

“I want an F150" - I think there is your answer...

I don’t think that the Sport-Trac is a truck ish as you think. That bed is super narrow, and that era just wasn’t great for the Ford V6 powertrain that was in them
